- Last four (4) pay stubs or strike verification
- Current unemployment card
- Letter of amount of S.U.B. or letter of eligibility
- Social Security check or current letter of claim or ineligibility
- TANF/AFDC award letter or referral letter
- Written proof of child support (court order)
SIZE OF FAMILY
- Social Security cards for everyone in household
- Birth certificates or hospital records for everyone in household
